Users must independently configure legal internet access in strict compliance with local telecommunications regulations.

2. Content Legal Compliance & Intellectual Property

Users guarantee that all text, audio, image, and video materials uploaded via this software do not infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights, and do not contain illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or offensive materials. The software developer accepts no liability for user-generated content.

3. Anti-Telecom & Online Fraud Disclaimer

In accordance with anti-telecom fraud regulations, users are strictly prohibited from using this software for illegal marketing, phishing, financial fraud, mass spamming, or misleading commercial practices. Any illegal use will result in immediate software license revocation and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Account Safety & Platform Policy Risk

TikTok operating rules, algorithm parameters, and API rate limits are governed exclusively by TikTok. The developer does not guarantee account safety, view counts, conversion rates, or immunity from account restriction (e.g., shadowbanning, suspension) resulting from improper proxy usage, policy breaches, or content violations.

1. Licensing & Activation Model

BaoGongTou Shop Matrix is licensed, not sold. Software activation relies on cloud-side key verification to validate device quotas and subscription terms. Local code execution and data processing occur on the user's desktop hardware.

2. Prohibited Uses

Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the software client. Users shall not bypass software licensing mechanisms or utilize unauthorized API endpoints.

3. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ACCOUNT SUSPENSION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE.

1. Information Collection & Authorization Scope

Our application interacts with TikTok APIs strictly within the scopes granted during user OAuth authentication. Data processed includes:

• Account Profile: TikTok OpenID, Display Name, Profile Avatar.
• Media Data: Video upload status, post metadata, and showcase listing details.

2. Storage & Zero Data Sales Guarantee

We strictly do not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties. API credentials, session tokens, and local operational parameters are stored in encrypted format on the user's local disk.

3. Cloud License Analytics

Our cloud server verifies only subscription status, hardware machine codes (for activation validation), and software version info. No personal social media content or video files are stored on our servers.

User Data Deletion Instructions

Users retain full control over their authorized permissions and local data cache.

1. TikTok Permission Revocation

Log in to your TikTok Mobile App or Web client -> Go to Settings and Privacy -> Security -> Authorized Apps -> Locate BaoGongTou Shop Matrix -> Click Remove Access.

2. Local Client Data Purge

Deleting the application configuration folder on your local computer completely removes cached access tokens, log files, and saved session parameters.

3. Server Key Mapping Deletion Request

To purge license assignment records associated with your OpenID from our cloud server, email 905248600@qq.com. Deletion requests are processed within 3 business days.
